I am currently a Ph.D. student at MIT Sloan School of Management studying system dynamics. My interests largely lie at the intersections between organizational management practices, health care choice and provision, and worker power. Prior to joining Sloan, I received a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience from Wellesley College. After graduating in May 2019, I joined the MGH Institute for Technology Assessment to work as a research associate under Dr. Mohammad S. Jalali and Dr. Carrie Cunningham Lubitz on simulation modeling and health outcomes research. My projects included the development of an opioid systems model and efforts to model and improve the quality of care of patients with thyroid cancer.
